Shipping and Payments

I- Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries abroad, shipping costs are €6.99.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the offer, delivery of the goods within Germany and abroad will generally take place within 3 to 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, from the receipt of your payment).

However, delays during production may occur. In this case, we will notify you immediately.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

How are products packaged for shipping?

As a general rule of thumb, all POD products from Printful (our partner) are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local availability, the packaging may be made from recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Where necessary, clear mailers, tissue paper, foam bags, or bubble wrap are used to protect the products from damage or scratches.

The most commonly used packaging is a shipping bag made of recycled plastic (PCR).

PCR plastics are made from items that people recycle every day, such as plastic bags and bottles. Most PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and packaging films.

The PCR content in packaging varies from site to site, but is at least 50% for outer (white or grey) polymer mailers and at least 30% for inner (clear) bags used for multi-item shipments.

Clothing and other fabric products

Textile products, including clothing and household and home products such as towels, blankets, pillowcases, etc., are typically packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer packaging. If the shipment contains more than one product, each is packaged in a separate PCR polymer bag and then together in a polymer mailer.

Headgear
Structured and unstructured headwear is packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies, like other clothing items, are packaged in recycled plastic (PCR) shipping bags.
