I. Shipping Costs 

• Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

For domestic deliveries, shipping costs are €3.99.

• International deliveries:

For international deliveries, shipping costs are €6.99.

An island surcharge of €24.99 will be added to the shipping costs for deliveries to European islands. 

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the delivery of goods within Germany and for international deliveries will take place within 3-10 business days after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery occurs on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

How are products packaged for shipping?

As a general rule, all POD products from Printful (our partner) are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local availability, packaging may be made from recycled, partially recycled, or new material. If necessary, careful shipping bags, tissue paper, foam bags, or bubble wrap are used to protect products from damage or scratches.

The most commonly used packaging is a recycled plastic (PCR) mailer.

PCR plastics are made from items that people recycle every day, such as plastic bags and bottles. Most PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and packaging film.

The PCR content in packaging varies by location but is at least 50% for outer (white or gray) polymer mailers and at least 30% for inner (clear) bags used for multi-item shipments.

Clothing and other textile products

Textile products, including clothing and home & living products such as towels, blankets, pillowcases, etc., are typically packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer packaging. If the shipment contains more than one product, each individual product is packaged in a separate PCR polymer bag and then together in a polymer mailer.

Structured and unstructured headwear
is packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies are packaged in recycled plastic (PCR) mailers, like other apparel items.

II. Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, or if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, or if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Benelli Adolo, Güntherstr.116, 44143 Dortmund, email address: info@staycovered.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
