I. Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

For domestic deliveries, shipping costs are €3.99

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries abroad, shipping costs are €6.99.

For deliveries to European islands, an island surcharge of €24.99 will be added to the shipping costs.

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany and, for deliveries abroad, within 3-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. This fall, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

How are products packaged for shipping?

As a general rule of thumb, all POD products from Printful (our partner) are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local availability, the packaging may be made from recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. When necessary, careful shipping bags, tissue paper, foam bags, or bubble wrap are used to protect the products from damage or scratches.

The most commonly used packaging is a shipping bag made of recycled plastic (PCR).

PCR plastics are made from items that people recycle every day, such as plastic bags and bottles. Most PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and packaging films.

The PCR content in packaging varies from site to site, but is at least 50% for outer (white or grey) polymer mailers and at least 30% for inner (clear) bags used for multi-item shipments.

Clothing and other fabric products

Textile products, including clothing and household and home products such as towels, blankets, pillowcases, etc., are typically packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer packaging. If the shipment contains more than one product, each is packaged in a separate PCR polymer bag and then together in a polymer mailer.

Structured and unstructured headwear
are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies, like other clothing items, are packaged in shipping bags made of recycled plastic (PCR).

II. Return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods, or if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered as a single order;

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods or if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item; if you have ordered goods, they will be delivered in several partial shipments or items;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Benelli Adolo, Güntherstr. 116, 44143 Dortmund, telephone number: +4915566009344, email address: info@staycovered.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
